Nasuti and Miller, Attorneys at Law specializes in the representation of businesses and individuals who are under investigation, facing Federal criminal charges and/or on Appeal in the Federal Courts. The Law Firm also represents clients who have administrative, civil, tax and regulatory issues with the Federal government. Nasuti and Miller, Attorneys at Law was established in the late 1970's and was originally staffed by former Assistant United States Attorneys who teamed up with the legendary criminal defense lawyer Jacob Kossman, Esquire.

The principals of the law firm are former Chief of the Criminal Division, United States Attorney's Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jeffrey M. Miller, Esquire and former Deputy Chief of the United States Attorney's Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Carmen C. Nasuti, Sr., Esquire.

Mr. Miller also was an adjunct instructor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Temple Law School Graduate program, presented a criminal law course at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for 17 years and served as an Instructor in the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education program at Neumann University and The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Nasuti graduated 1st in his class from Dickinson Law School, clerked for United States District Court Judge John B. Hannum, served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for five years and was named Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division during his final two years of government service. Mr. Nasuti also worked for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board.
